Ive been on a deployment for a year now, and have really been hitting the gym as hard as possible doing various body builders workouts (kai greene- back, and cardio, jay cutler- chest, phil heath- arms, rhoden- legs). Its been a rough time my body fat is 7% (cant update my profile from my phone). I think the coolest thing is when ppl ask if im roiding. Ive been natty all the way but I have been hitting the weights since i was 16. Its just awesome the respect I get when i lift lol especially when ppl watch.
