i am indian and let me tell you, being indian is actually a great thing. we have beautiful people and we have ugly people. just like any race. I for 1 am a great person, have great friends, and i take care of every one that is in my life and i am glad to do it, and for that i have people that love me around me. also, indian parents are one of the best parents you can have. sometimes they can be really strict, but they will take care of you no matter what, and they will buy you what ever it is that you need. as long as your not a selfish ****head. Also, we all have great jobs, lots of money and a family that we all love and take care off. suck my dick op suck my dick.

Tribals in the classic sense, originate from Celtic war patterns they painted/tatted themselves them. Are you of Celtic decent?
More to the point, you aren't, you're a ******* who's desperate to get inked cause you think it makes you look cool.

Go to a local tatt shop and ask. Too many variables (shop, artist, what you want, etc etc).
Rough estimate:
few hundred to several thousand

If you're white and not descended from any tribe/know nothing about your ancestry and you get a tribal, you'll be looked at as a ******* for alot longer than this post stays around, OP.

Tattoo is very personal thing and you shouldn't be asking other people what to get...if you are asking other people then you shouldn't get one in first place. Now, answering your question...it totally depends on how much work is needed to be done on tribal tattoo. You might want to show what you want to your artist and ask him how much would it cost. I have two tribals on both of my biceps and I paid around $700 for both. So, if you are planning to get full arm..depends on the design it might run you for $1500 but that's just an estimate. Please refer to your artist for correct price.
Thanks,

Guys, lay off OP. Tribals aren't THAT bad. Maybe a little played out, but that doesn't mean they are the worst choice he could make. Consider - he's thinking about doing it before actually doing it. Do we want another "Conipasion" guy? Wait, don't answer that...
OP, find the tattoo thread "We Have Ink II" and ask your question over there. I'm sure you'll get more support than these douches will provide.

Probably get a full tribal sleeve for 1 dollar, that's expensive though, most look like they are worth 50cents.
Tell me OP, what tribe do you belong too?

I will never take someone seriously if they have a tribal tattoo and do not belong to an actual tribe.

I've had a few 8 hour tattoo sessions, and every time, there are at least 3 or 4 people coming in to book cover ups over tribal tattoos.
Get something different or you'll regret it.
Also, depending on complexity, about 15 hours, rough price, £50 an hour, £750.1k+

It wouldnt be so bad if you were to incorporate some tribal into a tattoo if you are Welsh, Scottish, Irish, Maori etc and feel strongly about your heritage. But americans and others with no knowledge of the history of these designs, and then getting tatted is plain stupid and ruins it.
