my dads being a dick face and he's telling me to take half of in the morning and the other half later on like after my workout...i have to do this cuz he said he'd throw it away if i dont...******* but yeah would it make any difference if i just cut the pills in half?...

Not really.. As long as you get the entire "Pak" you're good to go. But I don't understand why he wants you to take them like that. They're just vitamins and nutrients for pete's sake -_-

You cant really split up Pak because the pills all contain something different.

that's wierd...... lol..... anyway, that's when I take my vitamins personally; 1/2 in the morning, and 1/2 after workout or before bed..... of course if somebody MADE ME do it that way, I wouldn't like it at all...... =/

Actually the general doses are for everyone. Ronnie coleman took twice the amount of everything BSN in his videos. The bottle says 2 scoops of pre workout he took 4. 1 scoop of creatine, he took 2
