I want a full body routine (Monday-Friday), to gain tone (not mass!) and burn body fat
Unfortunately, I have no gyms anywhere near me.
I have dumbbells, bike machine, treadmill/stair stepper, and i have to do it at home.
I have a bar i can do pull ups on and the thing you rest your elbows on and lift your knees to your chest.
I will pay $10-20 to the best answer.
Again, Tone and fat burning, not mass please!
(I am capable of running 3-4 miles a day)

Look up the all dumb bell workouts. Also if your wanting to tone thats 100% diet and cardio. If i were you I would get on a good diet (many good ones are on this website). Run a few miles every other day then do some weight training, pushups and sit-ups on the other half days.
