Full body routine for tone? [Request] will pay for a good answer [Home]

I want a full body routine (Monday-Friday), to gain tone (not mass!) and burn body fat

Unfortunately, I have no gyms anywhere near me.

I have dumbbells, bike machine, treadmill/stair stepper, and i have to do it at home.

I have a bar i can do pull ups on and the thing you rest your elbows on and lift your knees to your chest.

I will pay $10-20 to the best answer.

Again, Tone and fat burning, not mass please!

(I am capable of running 3-4 miles a day)

I have a routine you could do but you can't tone if you don't have any muscle to get "toned" with. You'd have no choice but to bulk a bit cut down and maintain

That makes sense. I'm kind of new to working out so I don't know much about it. Message me the routine? And do you have a diet?

Look up the all dumb bell workouts. Also if your wanting to tone thats 100% diet and cardio. If i were you I would get on a good diet (many good ones are on this website). Run a few miles every other day then do some weight training, pushups and sit-ups on the other half days.
