Just go to your local gym or doctors office or something and they have tools that can tell you your EXACT body fat percentage. BB.com only has so much bandwidth and you're wasting it with your dumb threads ^_^. Also very tired of seeing "WDF HOW GET BIG CHEST MY CHEST NO GROW BRO" the search button is your friend, as-well as the exercise section of this forum, use your head before you make a dumb thread.
