EDIT 2: i do NOT do cardio, i eat whatever is high in calories/carbs/protein...aka mostly junk food and breads, pasta, hamburgers.

are you saying that they dont look big enough to be 16? they are only 16 right after a sick arm/tricep pump. cold flexed they are around 15.5
yea i was really skinny when i started. very hard to keep the weight on me, i was 182 at my highest and people though i was 200. but i usually hover around 165-168 but i recently got down to 155 and now im starting to bulk up again
i know man thats what most people guess
