    potential weight loss because most fruits and vegetables barely have any calories but u wont have much of an opportunity to build muscle
    if i had to do this id use protein shakes for sure and prob mix in some peanut butter for other macros

    It might work if it was fruit AND nuts..... then at least you can get some fat and protein..... heck, throw in roots (potatoes and carrots) and make it a scavenger's diet..... lol =)
