Question for any that lift in Superstars. How do you get them fit? One size felt like a nice flat surface but had a lot of room by the toe. The next size down was good by the toe but the surface didn't feel as flat. Idk if it would matter w/ 300+lbs on my back for squats.

Just to let everyone know our videos of the next couple of months won't be crazy heavy...but it'll take you guys into the deloading phase and show you some of our other movements we're gonna start adding before we start training really heavy again. We gonna be training at a new facility that is AWESOME!!!! and we'll be doing some basic compound movements with some bodybuilding stuff thrown in as well for the next few months, give our bodies a little break before getting serious again.

Any chance of you including some assistance stuff he does? Ive always been interested to see what he does (and how much he lifts of course) on his close grips, inclines, tricep stuff, shoulder press, etc.
