I eat typically the same thing everyday. The holidays kicked my butt so feel like I'm starting over. Not that I ate alot out of my normal, but fudge isn't supposed to be part of it!!
Breakfast
6 egg whites
1/2 cup oatmeal with 1/4 cup almond milk, unsweetened
1 piece of bacon
Lunch
4 Oz chicken breast
1 small sweet potato
1 cup cooked spinach
Snack
23 almonds
Dinner
4 Oz tilapia
1 cup cooked broccoli
Snack
1 scoop chocolate whey
2 Tbs of PB2
1 Tbs natural peanut butter
1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
Mix it together
