I recently recieved:
3 19 serving Containers of Protogen
1 Container of Alpha-Protocol
1 container of Inciner-8(fat burner)
I will only be logging the protein for this log since I'm currently trying to bulk to 215-220 and think I'm a little too young for the testosterone. Thanks to everyone for stopping by and any tips or questions would be appreciated.
Overview
Been lifting seriously for over 3 years now. Hate being away frm the gym. Used to be obese through high school and college and I looked in the mirror one day after getting rejected from a girl and wanted to change. Ate less, ran a few miles a day and lossed over 50 lbs. Then I decided to start lifting and gained back some size and alot of muscle. I was a obese 220lbs before, right now I'm between 204-207 lbs and always get called skinny.lol.
Training
I'm currently doing Kris Gethins DTP program, but i made a few changes to it. Have about a week and a half left and then have to find a new program of go back to a split. I have really enjoyed beating the tar out of my body with DTP. Makes me feel great after I get through the workout......
Supplements
Will also be taking Con-Cret and some Beta-Cret thoughout this log. Will probably take a stim break when DTP is over.
First workout with Protogen will be tomorrow morning. DTP shoulder day. Should be intense and I'm really looking forward to trying this protein.

11/2 Scoops Cookies and Cream Protogen
Decent workout today. Knew the gym was going to be crowded and it sure was packed, so I wasn't able to do the DTP superset that I wanted to do. Couldn't get the 60's back up after 8 reps, and grip failed alot during shrugs b/c my hands were so sweaty. Probably going to take some extra rest this week. Starting to fail alot more on the DTP sets. DTP leg day Wednesday. The Protogen tasted pretty good after my workout. Don't really like cookes and cream protein, but I would give it a initial 8.5/10 on taste. Have to try it a few more times.

Sweet!! Now we can get the party started!!
Nice to seey you in here Slammin!
I did for the shoulder press, but failed before the 10 reps and couldn't get the 60's back up. Was supposed to superset shoulder presses with DTP shrugs, but no way that was going to happen with the gym being packed. It was only open 8-2.RELENTLESS

Pretty good workout today. Had to up the reps on a few of the calf presses to bring myself to failure. DTP leg day is by far the hardest for me to recover from. Usually takes atleast 4 days...... Protogen tasted great today. I plan on trying it with milk tonight.RELENTLESS

Yeah. I would suggest resting atleast 3 days a week during DTP. I was only resting two days to start out and that was probably a bad idea.
Thanks Raigs. One guy at the gym got mad when he asked how many sets I had left on leg press and i said 10.lol.
Thanks E!
Thanks Z. Any PR on leg day is great for me.
Thanks!! I think Protogen would probably taste good in just about anything. Going to try it with oatmeal tomorrow.RELENTLESS

This workout wore me down today. Soaked with sweat and limped out of the gym b/c my legs are fried from yesterday. I loved the taste of the Protogen in milk. May be the best tasting protein I have ever had with milk.RELENTLESS
