Friday October 19 2012
Workout
Squat - 190 5x5
Bench - 130 5x5
BBR - 130 5x5
Was super busy at work so I was really drained by the time I got to the gym. It was pretty rough getting through my workout.
Diet
Breakfast - Protein Shake w/whole milk, granola bar
Lunch - McDonalds double cheeseburger x2
Post Workout - Protein Shake w/whole milk
Dinner - Snack food (had a little party with people over, typical unhealthy items)
Not my healthiest day but the cheeseburgers are not that bad. The key is not getting fries, they are so bad for you. I need to go grocery shopping, I have nothing to make meals with!

Yesterday was a solid workout, high energy and strength. Tomorrow is the last work out of the log and I will probably close this out Saturday morning. I'll give a detailed report of my thoughts on the supplements and my results.

Tekstorm's Final Review - App Nut IGF-2 + Free Test + Drive + RPM + Neovar
Last Wednesday I completed a two month log of Applied Nutriceuticals IGF-2, Free Test, Drive, RPM, & Neovar. During this time I was on a bulk which at times was a dirty bulk because of some late nights at work. I aimed for 3500 to 4000 calories and 200+ grams of protein, most days I was over 220 grams. I trained using the SL 5x5 program by Mehdi and during the second month I added some additional arm workouts. I was consistent with my dosage of the supplements every day and with my calorie and protein intake.
IGF-2
IGF-2 is probably my favorite supplement. Within the first night of taking IGF-2 you will have a very deep restful sleep. This is great for recovery after work outs. Next is after a couple weeks you notice a continuous boost to your mood. I felt great while taking IGF-2. Two weeks in I also noticed a boost to my strength, I really wanted to go beyond the numbers I was following in SL 5x5 and lift more weight but I stuck with the program. This is the second time I've taken IGF-2 and both times have I have seen solid strength and muscle gains. My rating 10/10
Free Test
I noticed that muscle hardness was full even several hours after lifting. In this two month period I've had the biggest strength gains I've ever had. I have lifted off and on for years but didn't get serious till last January, these last two months I've had huge strength gains. My body comp has mixed results but I attribute that to the dirty bulk/gomad, hard not to put some fat on with that. Libido has been through the roof which I can attribute to both Free Test and Drive. My rating 9/10
Drive
Libido was really high and I have taken it in the past with the same results. I have not had the endurance others have had on Drive but I will also add that I have never done cardio while taking Drive. I am going to make sure that I pick some up next spring when I cut again. Vascularity is great plus your muscles stay full all day. Strength is always solid with Drive and it really gives me that boost in the gym. My rating 9/10
RPM
RPM is the runner up to IGF-2 as being my favorite supplement. RPM gives me a huge boost in energy without the jitters when I hit the gym. It also makes me very focused and I just want to take care of business when I lift. I am always highly motivated when I hit the gym with RPM which helps me lift more and hit new PRs. My rating 10/10
Neovar
I loved Neovar before I even took it just because I could get my creatine without drinking another shake. The heck with that. I've taken a couple other creatines in the past and I had no clue if it was even helping me, I couldn't tell the difference. With Neovar I have had consistent strength gains and excellent pump & vascularity. My rating 9/10

Final Thoughts & Comments
I'm very happy with the stack because I've seen huge strength gains and some added muscle. It's not an amazing transformation but I also was on a bulk. I have put some fat on but I really don't care since it's winter. Plus lost my tan from summer =[. I plan on cutting this spring and I WILL have six pack abs. Anyways I wish I would have taken measurements when I started for comparison and wish I would have taken some legs pics. My thighs are frickin huge. My chest, serious chest muscle gains, and shoulders are much bigger. My arms are a little bit bigger but I didn't focus on arms till the second month.
If any of you would like to start off with a product from Applied Nutriceuticals I would recommend getting Neovar first then working your way up to RPM and Drive. I plan on these being the supplements I continually take from here on out. I really wish I had pictures from January to show my before pictures and after my first round of IGF-2/Drive/RPM/Neovar because it was a huge difference. I was skinny fat, no muscle and a big gut. I weighed just over 200lbs then and dropped to 169. I put on over 10lbs of muscle and that stack was a big factor in those gains. I wasn't even squating or deadlifting back then either. Was doing some other splits where I really didn't know what the hell I was doing.
Future goals: I plan on continuing the bulk to 200-210lbs then cutting come March 1st, daddy wants six pack abs =D. I am going to take SL 5x5 as far as I can then switch to a more advanced program. I've learned a lot in the last year about nutrition, proper form, and compound lifts.
Applied Nutriceuticals is an quality company and I am very satisfied with their products. They've made me an Appnut junkie and I can't wait to try out some of their other products. I think I might do a NO Uptake log in a month or so, I really want to test this new product out. Appnut you have earned my trust, keep making great products!Last edited by Tekstorm; 11-07-2012 at 08:21 PM.
