Hello and welcome to my IGF-2/Free Test/RPM/Drive/Neovar log. This log is not sponsored, I just want to share my results and keep myself motivated.
I've taken IGF-2/RPM/Drive/Neovar in the past, 2 rounds, where I saw great results. I've never taken Free Test but I've read many great reviews and logs on this supplement.
I'm 29, 6" and weigh 169lbs as of this morning. I started strength training Jan 1st of this year, not because of a new years resolution, I was 190+, very out of shape and fed up. I had little muscle mass and felt horrible everyday. I decided that I was going to do something about it and I began doing a hybrid of Ben Booker's full body workout. Three months in I went on a cut where I put on some muscle and burnt a lot of fat. By my estimates and online calculators I'd say I went from 30-28% body fat to 16-17%. Summer is over so now I'm ready to go on a bulk and try to put on some serious muscle. My plan is to bulk over the winter to 210lb and then eventually cut any fat I put on back down to 200lbs.
Training Routine
I've decided that I am switching to SL 5x5, I think this program will help me the best for putting on mass during my bulk.
Nutrition
For the bulk I am going to aim for 3800 to 4000 calories per day. To help get there I am going to do a 1/2 GOMAD, because I don't think I could handle a full GOMAD without feeling horrible.
The rest of the diet will be clean, veggies, chicken breast, lean beef, natural peanut butter, greek yogurt, kashi cereal, and a lot of protein shakes.
Additional Supplements
1st Phorm Multi Vitamin
Generic Fish Oil
Dosing
AM - IGF2 x4, Free Test x4, Drive x3
Lunch - Neovarx3
30 min before Training - Drive x3, RPM x3
Post Training - Neovar x3
Bed Time - IGF2 x4
I'm going to try to post updates at least twice a week but I will shoot for 3 days. I plan to run this log for 60 days, I think 30 days is just too short to see results for any program. First day starts tomorrow, SL 5x5 Monday, Wednesday, Friday.
If anyone has any suggestions or thoughts please share, thanks!

First work out today, really digging the SL 5x5. Holy hell I understand why Mehdi recommends dropping your work weight way down. I felt dead when I left the gym.
Took my morning dose and felt very energetic and had strong pumps. I'm feeling a little shaky and jittering today but I think it's due to not taking any supplements for a month and a half. Most likely the RPM jacking me up. I'm sure by tomorrow I'll be steady as a rock. I'm stoked to see how well I sleep tonight.

I saw the light shining onto the cloud and knew I was being summoned. I too, have arrived. May the new personal records and sexier you commence.

Slept horrible last night, not because of the stack but apparently I got sick yesterday evening. Was up all night coughing. For the time that I was able to sleep it felt very deep. I can tell a big difference on this stack as this seemed way better than when I was on the IGF-2 alone.
When I had finally fallen a sleep, for about two hours, my wife wakes me up because she heard a loud crashing sound. Had to go make sure no one was breaking in...
Hopefully I quit coughing so I can get some good rest tonight. I'm stoked for tomorrow's lift, workout B - deadlifts!

Yesterday's lift was good, kept the weight low and good thing as sore as I was from squats. Did the 1x5 deadlifts at 135.
I guess while I slept last night I pulled a muscle in my back, woke up not being able to stand up straight. It's feeling better now so I think with some rest I should be good to lift tomorrow.
I love rpm, I have great focus and motivation when I hit the gym. I just wanna rock my lifts and roll through them.

I ended up taking Friday off, back was still hurting and didn't heal till yesterday. Lifted today and it felt great.
Squat - 135 (I was doing 225 but only two sets before SL, dropped weight for SL to be strict to program)
OVP - 65
Deadlifts - 135 (I didn't increase weight this week, was worried about my back)
I'm not gonna jump on the scale till next Monday, no point right now because probably everything is water weight due to half Gomad. The only thing that sucks is being gassy 24/7...damn milk.
