Today is Day 80 (day 3 / week 12)!!! Today was Back and Bi’s in the morning before work and I taught Spin Class after work. I used Juggernaut HP before my workout and Infinite Force Intra. I had the usual focus, energy and strength, and exceptional pump doing my bi’s! I used Infinite Force late afternoon and Juggernaut HP before Spin Class. It always gives me awesome energy and strength!
I had to pass up a workout at the CrossFit gym tonight after Spin because I had to get home to do some Thanksgiving food prep and cooking…was so bummed! But…fingers crossed I may get to get in there tomorrow, if not I will do my chest and tri’s workout.

Day 81
JUGGERNAUT ® IN THE MAKING (melalicious)
Today is Day 81 (day 4 / week 12), and it’s Thanksgiving Day!!! This morning I played Flickerball with my boyfriend and his friends. It’s an annual Thanksgiving morning tradition. It's a spin off of football...you can only take 3 steps when you have the ball, and in the "end zone" you throw the ball through a tire that is taped to a ladder...1 point for hitting the tire and 2 points for throwing through the tire. It's loads of fun, and LOTS of running up and down the field! Then early this afternoon I did chest and tri’s in my home gym. I used Juggernaut HP before the game and again before my workout. I used Infinite Force intra game and again intra workout. I felt great during the game, I had a lot of energy. I felt tired this afternoon and to be honest, was not really feeling it for the workout. My energy picked up a little after the Juggernaut kicked in, and I felt like I had strength, I think that I was just really tired, and still had some cooking and final prep for my two specialty spin classes tomorrow. I was feeling a little stressed and my mind was on other things…but, I got my workout in!
I ate pretty much the usual today. I was not planning on having any other treats (cheats) this week other than the tortilla chips and salsa that I had on Tuesday night. I did end up having a ½ cup of cranberry sauce and 1 crescent roll with my dinner. I also had a pumpkin custard (just ate it while I typing this), and although technically it’s a treat, I was planning on having that all along, and nutritionally it’s not too bad. It’s a healthy way to get that pumpkin pie fix!
I still have one more meal that I will be having later. I wanted to post my log before I settle in to watch the Pats game…which is just about to start!
I feel badly because I have not checked in on other logs today, and only a few yesterday. I will check in on everyone tomorrow. Happy Thanksgiving Juggernauts!

Today is Day 82 (day 5 / week 12)!!! So…in my final week of the 12 week challenge, my schedule is so not typical…it’s really frustrating me and totally stressing me out! I am trying to get a grip and not let it get to me, but it is…
Today is the day after Thanksgiving and I taught two, 2 hour Specialty Spin Classes – the first from 8am - 10am and the second from 1pm – 3pm. They were both a success, the peeps really liked the class, and it was cool to see that they were proud that they did it.
I used Juggernaut HP before both spin classes, and I had great energy and strength. I used Infinite Force after the first spin class. I sipped on it in between the two classes.
Due to the not so typical day today, my meal plan is also not typical…the foods are foods that are a part of my usual diet, but the overall daily plan is not the usual.
I had wanted to do a workout tonight, but although my body feels pretty good, I do feel tired…staying up late last night to watch the Pats murder the Jets probably has something to do with it ☺ So, no workout tonight...

Still seemed like a masterful day! We know that not everything works the way we would like it but what we can do best is take it in stride and adjust on the fly. Improvise, adapt and overcome, as the Marines preach. You have done so very well throughout your 12 weeks and it's only fitting that you finish and see it through without allowing it to get to you. You've done it the whole time. And I don't even know why you watched the game. The Jets are terrible this year. But I understand. We have to watch our teams. Even my train wreck of a team I will watch on Monday night. The Philadelphia Eagles. I'm embarrassed. I don't wanna say they've quit but those bums look a little suspect.

Thanks so much for cheering me up...I know, I agree with everything you have said...it's just been one of those weeks, completely hectic and crazy, and the rest of the weekend will be too! Not to mention just some stress going on. I am usually pretty good about letting it roll, I think this is just one of those weeks that it was just extra, extra and I finally let it all get at me. Yeah, I just could not stop watching the game! There was some crazy stuff going on and I did not want to miss out Hey, you are a true fan, that's what counts. We have to stick with our teams through the good and the bad! And thanks again for making me laugh reading about what you saw at the gym, too funny. It was perfect timing because as I was writing up my log, I had mentioned to my boyfriend how eating well yesterday was not bad at all, but oh how I missed having a left over turkey, cranberry and stuffing sandwich...and he was like "mmm, that sounds so good, I'm going to make one right now." ...as he proceeds to make and eat a delicious left over turkey, cranberry and stuffing grilled panini with melting cheese oozing out...oh it looked and smelled so good! ...maybe that's what pushed me over the edge, LOL!

I hope that you are doing well and had a Good Thanksgiving, I know that I had thrown my diet out the window, but I saw Jillian Michale's say this is the one time that you are allowed to eat and not worry about it. She is a crazy health nut, so if she said its of then I am game. I am sorry to hear that you are having a crazy time lately gone threw that and you just have to keep that positive attitude that you always send are way. Hello my friends! I am feeling much better today! I got up early to get my son off to a leadership seminar for student council, Saturday errands done, workout done, meals packed and prepped and will be ready on time to head down to NJ for a concert! Tomorrow is my final day, day 84, and we will be heading back from NJ early so I can get in my legs/glutes and abs workouts that I had to push out from Friday (due to my two, 2 hour Spin Classes).
I will be posting my complete, detailed, daily log at the end of the day today as usual, after we get back to the hotel after the concert.
Just wanted to say thank you all for your support and encouragement, can't believe how stressed I got this week...it's been a while so I guess I was due...but so awesome to have all of you here so that I was able to vent, and to hear your words of encouragement.

Day 83

Today is Day 83 (day 6 / week 12)!!! It was a busy Saturday…I got my son off to a leadership seminar for student council, Saturday errands, did a shoulder workout, prepped and packed my meals and then headed down to NJ for a concert. We just got back to our hotel about an hour ago, had my last meal and wanted to post my daily log. I have posted my daily, detailed log every single day of this challenge and I am not about to miss a day now, on day 83!!!
I used Juggernaut HP before my workout and Infinite Force Intra. I felt really strong today, had a lot of energy and a lot of pump!
We came down here with another couple, and I was not sure where we would end up eating dinner, so I did pack some protein bars which are easy to take into a restaurant and eat without making a scene ☺ …We ended up at a Macaroni Grill and I requested plain grilled salmon and a plain, raw spinach salad and they were able to help with me that! I was really excited, and it was so good!
When I get home tomorrow, I’ll head to the gym to get in my legs/glutes and abs workout that I had to push out from Friday…and that will wrap up week 12, and day 84!

Day 84
JUGGERNAUT ® IN THE MAKING (melalicious)
Today is Day 84 (day 7 / week 12)!!! My final day of the 12 Week I Am Juggernaut Challenge!
I cannot believe how fast the time has gone by, and this last week was a blur…my schedule was so hectic, and with the holiday there were a lot of extra things going on so this week went by extra fast!
We stayed overnight in NJ after the concert last night. We got up fairly early, everybody had breakfast (I packed all of my food and brought mine with me) and we were on the road by 9:30 a.m. We got home around 1:00 p.m., I ran into the house and dropped all my stuff, changed, said hello to my son and then flew out of the house to get to the gym to do my killer legs and glutes workout, and my abs, that I had to push out from Friday. I was feeling tired and not as strong as usual, but I did use Juggernaut HP before my workout and Infinite Force intra…once it all started kicking in I did feel a difference. I definitely had focus, and just kept thinking…this is DAY 84!!!! I AM JUGGERNAUT!!! And I put in a good workout and finished strong!!!
I took a couple of photos after I got home from my workout, with today’s newspaper, so that I have the official DAY 84 pics with paper. I am going to take some additional final pics tomorrow, and I will finish my essay, and get that all posted!
Tonight I did have a treat snack of tortilla chips and salsa, and I enjoyed it so much!
I am taking next week off from lifting, and will write up a new lifting plan to begin the following week. I will however, still teach my Spin Classes, will still be doing my cardio and running, and will still be hitting workouts at the CrossFit gym…and I will still be posting to my log and stopping by your logs as well ☺
