Pre is ideal since some of the ingredients have an acute effect, but yeah, any time of day is fine. Tough to top Ergonine if you can only afford one supplement. I'd go with Ergonine + caffeine pill too and spend the rest of my money on food.Originally Posted by urg862

Preworkout for sure. Can tell a huge difference when not taking one. Intra/BCAAs I never noticed a difference when I WOULD take it from when I wasn't.....just flavored my water if you ask me. Post workout is FOOD. So it only makes sense to have it be pre. No specific brands as it depends on my factors (what flavor I have, how tired I am, if I want creatine, if I want niacin that day...)

I would get sizeon and drink half pre workout and sip on the rest of it intraworkout - if you want caffeine get a caffeine pill to add to it. It's the best of both worlds.Originally Posted by TJB85

Caffeine tabs are very cheap, Intra or post isn't necessary if you consume meals peri workout, to answer your question pre products would be my choice
