    Question help with routine

Hey guys, I'm currently on babylovers, my lifts have shot up from when I first started.

But my goal is size, and haven't put on much. I just want to put on muscle but apparently this is only good for strength not so much building muscle.

Could you me find a new routine to build muscle? I have good form on all my lifts, and I'll be doing cardio too. Would love to hit each muscle 2x a week.

    Thanks!

there are numerous programs available but you have to find what is right for you at the moment (and according to your goals). if you're looking to hit each muscle group twice a week you can always do 3 days on 1 day off split. if not you can find 4 day splits of even 5 day splits (and include a short touch up day for your lagging parts)
