Four new holes in my shoulder! Had surgery for a torn labrum on Tuesday and what was supposed to be 2 incisions turned out to be 4! I can't think of a better birthday present! So, forgive me if I have a little Vicodin and Osteo-Sport with my cake and ice cream.....

Good luck on a speedy recovery and may you age gracefully as you approach the halfway point. I would say it goes downhill from here but from what I understand, by 38 it already has started to go that way

You will be better than ever. I had that surgery in 2003 and 2004. My labrum was in 3 pieces floating around inside lol. Physical therapy is a must do not skip it. Get well soon.

PT is the best advice and do not try to lift, it took me 9 months to get to the gym and then it was really slow.
