I have just got back from a 10 day trip in Turkey to find that whilst trying to bulk I have lossed 3.75lb
I was doing really well prior to holiday and just feel that it sucks that I have lost some progress

Ignore him, not lifting for two weeks won't make you loose almost 4 pounds. Maybe half of one, not 4. Just try and eat more, train harder, ans sleep longer! Most emphasis on the eating more though. Also don't worry bro, this chit takes time, you won;t even really notice your own results since you look at yourself everyday. But don't worry, other people will. Just keep your chin up and do this for you, not anyone else! Do it for yourself you hear me!!!!!!!
