    Raw, cooked or fried? Which way would you recommend?

    90% of the eggs i eat are hard boiled. I boil 30 eggs at the beginning of every week, so they are ready to eat whenever i want them. Its definitely not the tastiest option, but i do it this way for convenience. Easy protein

    My recipe: Pam-spray your pan, put medium fire, pour the eggs, add some basil and celery salt (use normal salt as a replacement), stir while cooking the eggs so it cooks evenly, pour Worcestershire sauce, enjoy.

    Just started this but loving it,

    1 cup oats, 1 egg, 1 egg white, mix and soak for few min, fry up some veggies(peppers, mush, onions) lil chix or w.e meat I got, add in eggs n oats, cook, throw in spinach n tomatoes, cook, add in hot sauce, and top with alil cheese. obviously add your spices of choice.

    i eat them any way i can raw fried boiled mixed...eggs are eggs and they are just a factor in front of me rich in protein no fat why would you have a hard way of in taking something so good for you

    Huevos con frijoles, erry day (sometimes rancheros)

    1/2 cup refried beans (homemade or canned)
    One to three eggs (i prefer two, wife likes three)
    40g 0%MF Greek yogurt

    Optional delicious extras:
    Previously cooked (or canned) corn
    Fresh diced tomato and bellpepper ("sweet pepper")
    Avocado
    Flour/corn tortillas

    Drop refried beans on a non stick, set heat to below medium

    After two minutes, scramble eggs in a glass, with 1/2 tbs water

    Pour scramble alongside beans, after eggs solidify a bit, mix into beans

    Serve in bowl when eggs are as cooked as you like. Top with Greek yogurt (0%MF GY is amazing sour cream substitute)

    Depending on goals/carb allowance/desire for delicious flavor, I'll also heat previously cooked corn with the beans, and add fresh diced tomato and bellpepper on top of finished product.

    If I'm bulking and REARRY have cals to spare, I'll eat dis on corn or flour tortillas with sliced avocado
