I know alot of us want to know if we look like we lift in a shirt, so i figured i'd make a thread for it. Comment on the above poster's picture (yes/no/maybe, why etc.) and keep the pics going on comments. Lets see how long this can last for. I'll start.....

I think its pretty easy to spot a lifter. You can tell who sits on their ass and has never done anything athletic in their life, those that don't really lift but have at least had a somewhat athletic life, who is a regular and puts in work, and there are rare times I'll spot a hard core guy who has been at it for years and also has a good diet. Especially when you see the vascular arm guys with their legs and arms shaved haha.
Whats pathetic is when you see someone who goes to the gym regularly and still looks like someone who has never hit the weight room. There are guys at my gym I've seen for years there, and still look the same as the day they started. I'd be embarrassed.
