Yeah getting up early to bang out another session of cardio.
Today started the new program, posting tonight.
Now that I am used to it IF has become easy to deal with.
So far so good on weekends been eating egg white and Nutrition by Design, chili is so damn good!

I hear you on the getting up early stuff.... but I always regret when I don't get up early and have to hit the gym after work ... so annoyingly crowded.
Hang in there, Snake! You've accomplished so much already ... you can do itCaring about what people think of you is useless. Most people don't even know what they think of themselves.

Yeah Wendler and cutting has got to be hard, I have been doing a 5x5 variation at night and going up in weight slowly and the cut is draining me and I can feel it in the workout
