    Thanks Swoosh, yeah been cutting forever but since I started using IF with the cut it is working better than ever and the Lean EFX refined I was using helped a ton..

    THOUGHTS:
    Legs are sore, first time in awhile that I have had any DOMS but seems to be a good program, cut is really draining me and the workouts and getting up early is killing me but able to get the work done.

    nice program. it might be very cutting friendly as I see it. I can tell that combining Wendler and cutting is an act of balance..

    Yeah Wendler and cutting has got to be hard, I have been doing a 5x5 variation at night and going up in weight slowly and the cut is draining me and I can feel it in the workout

    Agreed. I think Snake would like that Hemavol and Compete deal on here. They go great with a preworkout stimulant also. I mix one scoop of tangerine Compete and one scoop of cherry limeade Amino1. That combo is great.
