    Missed this. Yes, there is extra ROM at the bottom to take advantage of. I'd say that the bottom portion wouldn't make a huge difference, but it's there. However, the top part where you come in (which is impossible to do with a barbell) does make a bit of a difference.

    bought an olympic weight set to complete my home gym. Dont have an adjustable/incline bench to use. Ill probably get one for christmas. Not trolling son
