Deadlift-
320x3 (145kg)
370x3 (168kg)
410x1 (186kg)
A PT who worked at my gym came over to me after and asked if I was a college athlete lulz, felt mad alpha, can't imagine 5 plates! Also took remarkably short rests. Adopted Teenwolfs mentality of lifting the weight in your mind before physically lifting it. Worked wonders.
Standing OHP-
130x5 (59kg)
140x4 (64kg)
135x4 (61kg)
Felt great. Strict form too! No leg drive

IT'S A TRAP
Amazing work out. Felt focused and energized. Notes at the end...
Squat-
230x5 (105kg)
280x3 (127kg)
320x1 (145kg)
Again I visualized mentally making this PR before physically. It went so smoothly and my form was beautiful. Very happy with this 3 plate squat! Can definitely hit more.
Machine Calf Raise-
1 plate x10
2 plates x10
3 plates x10
4 plates x10
Prefer standing barbell. But this worked well too, forgot a set
T-Bar Row-
2.75 plates x5
2.5 plates x5
2.5 plates x5
First set was very difficult but I achieved it with no swinging!
Underhand Pulldowns-
100x10
130x10
140x10
120x10
110x10
Slow and controlled with time under tension!
DB Hammer Curls-
30s x8
30s x8
30s x6
Very difficult after doing Pulldowns!
Dips-
BWx10
BWx10
BWx8
Love this exercise
I've hit my 3 plate squat (320) and 4 plate deadlift (410) Next I need my 2 plate bench (230) which will be much more difficult than the previous two since my chest is my weakest body part! I've been incorporating chest dips and an extra chest day to try and change that and have been really enjoying them
I've been recently watching a plethora of videos on Facebook, from Elliot Hulse to Kai's training videos, I've made a few adjustments or realizations of my training.
My main goal is strength training, primarily my bench, squat, and deadlift. I execute these lifts with as perfect form as I can and if my form is lagging I lower the weight to where it is not! I've become a form Nazi. Rows, Front Squats, and OHPs are my secondary strength training exercises. My supplementary exercises such as Pulldowns, calf raises, leg press, incline DB press, and lateral raises will now be hypertrophy-centered. For example I will not be making sure to fully extend my arms or legs on a incline press or leg press, instead I will be focusing on time under tension with those reps. Higher volume and shorter rests. The opposite of my compounds.
In conclusion, my primary goal is strength and best form possible on my compounds, and my isos will be purely hypertrophy. This is not a new concept to you all but I'm now utilizing it for myself!
Excited to be done with school and focused on my body!

Thank you brotha
Usually in the past I've sucked at 1RM, lately what I've been doing is maxing out every other workout! Think the creatine is really helping and the fact I've been maintaining rather than cutting recently!
