Deadlift Day
Rushed through warm-up sets and tweaked my back on the 325x3 set came down with a rep a little too fast and felt a pinch in my lower back, L4-L5 area, I was a stubborn jackass and went on to do my workset but dialed it back a few reps. They were easy and I didn't have to grind, just pissed this happen, it'll set me back a week or two with deadlifts. Also shouldve stretched longer than 2 minutes

Good weight for sure. Honestly I'm not carrying it perfectly, if I were 175-178 I'd be much more comfortable. Still got a little gut and can only see top of abs. I don't mind though, just trying to bulk as much as possible before the spring semester :P whatchu weighing these days?
