Squat Day
Really solid squat day, first set of 315 was super smooth and easy, pushing a little below parallel, second set wasn't a grinder either! Wrist is feeling better during OHP, now it's just strengthening my shoulders back to where they were, pull-ups were easier today, maybe because of weight loss
Squat-
135x10
225x5
275x3

Cardio-
Incline Walking: 15 minutes
I always make the mistake of wearing a tank when it's time for front squats, the bar always slips off my shoulders because I'm sweaty. So I took some chalk and rubbed it all over my shoulders after the first set and that did the trickPR's -

You ever gone lift?
"There is no question that belts assist in generating a few more Newton-meters (or foot-pounds) of torque in the torso through elastic recoil of a bent orso that is stiffened with a belt. However, if a neutral spine is preserved throughout the lift this effect is minimal. In other words, to obtain the maximal effect from a belt, the lifter must lift poorly and in a way that exposed the back to a much higher risk of injury!”

personally oly style work much better for me. i grew up on it.
the weight should rest firmly on your delts, the weight should't be held by your arms. i'm sure you know this.
this will sound weird but trust me. the bar should be touching your throat.
pedigree/ credentials = collegiate oly lifting.
