Witnessed a dude pull a 525lb deadlift. Impressive.

Nice work in here brah! If you cut down to 170lbs you'll probably be a lot less than 13% bf though

Changed up my upper/lower body split slightly, on compounds instead of doing a strict 5x5 I'm doing 3x5 and 2x10. The added volume gives me more of a pump and ups the intensity of my workouts! Just tried it for the first time today
