Standing Strict OHP, 135x3.5, 115x8, 115x6, short rests

WOOHOO big boy PRs today.
Gym workout > home workout
Deadlift - 315x5 EASY I was surprised. Going for 325x5 next time
Front Squat - 195x5 Difficult but I can keep progressing, below parallel
Standing OHP - 2x135x4, OHP is getting hard. Can't seem to hit that 3x135x5 goal just yetPR's -

Feels great to be entering into some big numbers! Excited to keep progressing
Parallel Squat: 255x5, 260x5, 265x3 (probably could have got 4, would've been a PR if I did)
Flat Bench: 2x190x5 PR then 190x3 (triceps gave out on me)
Yates Row: 190x5 PR then 185x5, 185x4 (grip gave out on the 5th)

Front Squat: 185x5, 190x5, 195x4 (waited too long before doing the last rep)
Standing OHP: 130x4.5, 130x3.5, 115x5 (felt exceptionally weak)
Deadlift: 345x5 PR!
Felt weak on the first two exercise but deadlift was fantastic. Got complemented on my form too!PR's -

Getting on a new routine for summer-prep! Higher volume, will start cutting back calories the beginning of March too
Variation of an Upper/Lower Body Split, will eventually switch to a push/pull/legs when I have more time after school's over
Monday-
Bench 5x5
Row 5x5
1 exercise for shoulders 3x8-12
1 exercise for biceps 3x8-12
1 exercise for triceps 3x8-12
Tuesday-
Squat 5x5
Calf raises 3x8-12
1 exercise for abdominals 4x25 or 2x50
Thursday-
Incline Bench 3x8-12
Deadlift 5x3
OHP 5x5
1 exercise for biceps 3x8-12
1 exercise for triceps 3x8-12
Friday-
Front Squat 5x5
Leg Press 3x8-12
1 exercise for abdominals 4x25 or 2x50
Starting monday! Weight will be lowered due to more volume and less rest in between sets
MAX LIFTS COMING OFF BABYLOVER'S STARTING STRENGTH
Squat: 265x5 (50lb increase)

Switched to my Upper/Lower Body Split!
Bench Press: 5x175x5 (First 3 sets were easy and the last 2 were slightly more difficult, going up to 180 next)
Yates Row: 5x155x5 (focused on slow concentrated reps, really felt it, going to 160 next)
DB Shoulder Flys: 20s 3x8
DB Standing Concentration Curls: 20s 3x12 (very slow negatives, felt the burn and pump of peace/10)
Bench Dips: 3x12
Summary: Much more volume and much less rest in between sets than I was accustomed to on BLSS. I love it. Feeling a big time pump and lookin forward to the aesthetics of this summer!PR's -
