i'd cry if my VD and ID squats were so close lol
im going for 390x3 this ID which shouldn't be a problem considering doing 385x5 before. if you squat 405x3 before my ID I might have to try and one up you.trying to get strong again

TM for hypertrophy
Hey man I was looking into Texas method to help gains strength and also wanted to keep getting bigger so was looking at swolertrophy. I didn't read through all your thread but what did you find out about it working or did you switch it up more so? How have size gains been? I see you made mad strength gains nice job man!!
