So this week I started new routine I do arms bies/tries on same day. I used to train them twice a week and I'm thinking I was over training them so I'm not seeing results. Question is now that I'm putting arms all in one day I'm trying to take all exercises from both days And combine them. I have 9 exercises for bies and 9 for tries. I primarily do 4 x8 for sets is this too many exercises? Do I need to chop some out?
