What's the dosage of the caffeine you're taking with it? Your HR will increase significantly but I dunno what you mean by "bothering my chest and breathing". If you feel it's a significant health risk, then stop it. Listen to your body. A six pack is not worth dying over. As far as do you NEED it? Not really but it does help.

Still trying to cut weight? I'm guessing that fake photo shoot didn't go to well?
Have you seeked the proper help for your disorder yet? I hope so man, and to answer your question, no it's not needed, just stay in a deficit and it will eventually come off. Good luck.
P.s if your suffering from the above mentioned symptoms, then the obvious answer to your question would to stop taking the pills, no amount of leanness is worth compromising your health."The reason why we struggle with insecurity is because we compare our behind the scenes with everyone else's highlight reel."

No, you don't need yohimbine. And if you are having heart discomfort go see a cardiologist, you definitely do not want to be taking Yohimbine if there is any issue with your heart or cardiovascular health as the possible adrenalin spike that most get can cause havoc with your heart rate.

Sounds like panic or anxiety to be honest, but since you said you had issues before with your chest...who knows. Go see a doctor to be sure and stop using that crap. Eat right, train hard, sleep well and you will drop that last few pounds. It's hard work but the best way to do it. People hurt themselves taking the easy way "starving themselves, taking pills, not enough rest". Don't be foolish, be smart and safe my friend.
