here is the story,
He went to the gym at 24 Hour Fitness and then some guy who he NEVER seen or known before, keyed his car with a screwdriver.
Ends up it's some random 55 year old guy, who after keying the car, went to exercise at the same gym,
he was identified and arrested
and what was his reasoning behind keying the car?! He told the cops, he saw such a nice car and he was having a bad day so he keyed it... and that was it.

happened to me once when i parked my commodore outside, some phaggot keyed it and i never knew who it was would burn his car if i found out

Some people have a mindset that prevents them from ever bettering themselves and when they see someone doing better than them they try to pull them down to their level.
Why isn't the punishment much worse for this kind of chit? Give him 1+ year jail time or take away his license for at least a year. Something that will teach him a real lesson.

No, nobody deserves to have their personal property damaged. Report to lot security or even call the listed towing company if it upsets you that much, but don't condone that behavior.
