Why do people do keto? Its catabolic as hell. Why don't you just lower your calorie intake (ie. eat less)??
That way you'll still have energy for your workouts + loosing weight at same time...

Don't know what would feel worse:
A. Failing that 143kg squat attempt.
B. Getting it but on video reply seeing you were literally half an inch off parallel... FUUUUUUUUUUUU!
B feels pretty bad, not accepting it as a lift.#61

Sup bros, subbed.
Trying to get lean and lift heavier. Was 105kg earlier this year, down to around 85 now. Pulled 200kg deadlift this morning, pretty happy. Want to get down to 80 and pull 220.
My legs feel so fuking skinny even though every day is leg day

embedded for you brah.
Had a bench press workout inspired by WNB tonight. Primarily focused on Deadlifting at the moment but while I can I will do my Bench and Squats.
Workout went like this:
FLAT BENCH (With Resistance Bands)
60kg X 5
80kg X 5
100kg X 4
110kg X 2
CLOSE GRIP BENCH (No Bands)
60kg X 5
80Kg X 5
100kg X 3
PLYO PUSHUPS
4 Sets X 8
Resistance bands pushups
3 Sets of 10
Current Max is 130kg. Want to get back to 140kg!

As someone who has family in the military and a good interest in the army myself, I can tell you those initial fitness requirements are a load of **** as regular rifleman are even expected to do far more than it. Its just like the regular army initial requirements being a joke but then once you are in the standards shoot up quite a bit.
I think a lot of reg rifleman would achieve somewhere near 80-100 pushups and equivalent run times e.t.c, I'd say commandos would easily clock 100+, sets of at least 15-20 pullups, e.t.c, the rate of people with zero military experience getting into commandos is next to zero I believe so good luck mate.

Physio helped me out a bit this arvo. Clear to work again from Monday, and I have another appointment on Thursday arvo, so I should be sweet come next week hopefully. Just gotta ease back into it. Going to try and go for a light walk tomorrow, I feel like a fat kunt just sitting around all day.

Negative. House partied/ pre partied from 2pm through until 10. bumped some coke, hit a taxi in the city. Got to the city, nearly got caught with 3 pills in my mouth in a balloon on the way into Paul Oakenfold. Swallowed them. Go in, brought em up. Proceeded to party there with mates until 4am. Taxi back home and got more buckled with base and more pills at the house in a spa until about 10am. Crashed out at about 10:30.... Also sneaky photo from Saturday. Enjoy.

Two weeks in a row of crazily intense focused workouts. The pumps I'm getting from this is insane. I lift with a partner and even with him talking and chit and us joking around throughout, every time it came to the weights it was just pure undiluted focus.
I think I came from just thinking about it
