Kents, we only had the one training session! Have been busy with new job at Westpac... although I hate the job.. Inb4 that cell tech puff. On that dreamer bulk and hit 83KG, now maintaining steady at 79-80KG and then next cut will be swole No hiding the plans, IFBB comp next year, first ever pin will be 12 or 16 weeks out Just need to decide which one. Inb4 do you even lift anymore! 55s is the new PB.

how do you guys get your traps to pop out better when you're relaxed?
mine are probably my best bodypart when flexed, but when they're relaxed they look so flat pisses me off lol

Chinese Tiger Balm + Foam Rolling + Stretching = I could train today no issues (but did not do anything that put undue stress on the lower back just be safe...though I did demonstrate dead lifts to some guys with 180kgs because they were going to snap something).

Was leaning towards the hawks in the final quater but swans managed to prove me wrong! I was at my dads mates house and him and his daughter and I were the lone hawks fans, 3 vs like 30 so it was devastating!
