In. did rack pulls today after deads, had a sh!t workout overall due to nagging forearm pain. Gonna keep the rack pulls in there for a while and see how it goes!

rack pull not even once
how can I improve my grip for the rack pull? the bar seems to slip out of my hand with a double overhand grip. I usually deadlift with a mixed grip

You get used to it after a while. You can also do like farmers walks, static holds and chit to try increase grip strength.Originally Posted by woodsmash
