Can anyone make me a diet plan?

    Daily Calorie Intake = 2,403Kcals, cutting down to 1,400Kcals ( Assuming 3,500Kcals is 1lbs ) to lose at least 2lbs a week.

    CALORIES ( per day ) = 1,400Kcals.
    PROTEIN INTAKE ( per day ) = 182grams.
    FAT INTAKE ( per day ) = 72.8grams.
    CARBOHYDRATE INTAKE ( per day ) = 364grams.

That doesn't add up to 1400 calories a day. That's about 2800 calories a day- read the stickies on macros and nutrition and adjust accordingly; 1400 calories a day is too little for a cut and also what others have said.

Thanks guys! And I did read the stickies, it added up to 2,403 calories but I thought cutting it by 1,000kcals would help lose weight. I have basically no clue, I'm new... Give me a break.
