Good good. I'm at around 162 now. I was s upposed to end today.. but I may push for another 4 weeks. I really want the skin tight look. I went from waist 33 to 31. So its working haha. My strength is relatively the same. Every thing stayed except dead lift and mp;

For the last 3 weeks of my cut starting monday I will switch to a strength program because I keep hurting my self on my current routine due to the volume.

I AM BACK FROM A LONG BREAK! I just got back into working out because I was OKAY'd from my phyiscal therapist to start again. For those who don't know what happened I herniated a disc in my back and it would cause great pain on my left leg. BUT NOW I AM BACK! BACK TO WORK! RIGHT NOW I AM 163 around 12-13%BF. Going to continue cutting till June 24th. Then its bulk time. I'm going THE PHAT ROUTINE!
