I have had some painful elbow popping going on for a while. I believe it started when I did a lot of over-head triceps extensions and dumbbell presses. Anyways, I basically feel pressure building up in my elbow around the lateral epicondyle and if i extend it slowly, it pops very loudly.
Sometimes this gives me temporary relief, other times it makes it burn more. I know what you're thinking, and it sounds like a case of typical tennis elbow, however there is no swelling or tenderness around the lateral epicondyle, plus this has been going on and off for about a year now, So I believe it would be classified as tendonosis by now.
Lately, I've also been experiencing some ulnar nerve area pain. A couple of weeks ago I was getting mild tingling in my pinky and ring fingers. I don't think I have an ulnar nerve subluxation as I dont see it popping out of place, however there is still a decent amount of pain there.
Things I have tried:
Religious tricep/forearm/wrist stretching
Super cissus RX 4 capsules a day (helps with pain but hasn't cured me)
Vitamin B-6 Supplementation 100mg daily
Theraband Flexbar exercises such as the tyler twist
Ulnar nerve glides and stretches
I dont really know what else to try, If you guys could give me any advice it would be greatly appreciated.
