    Did 25 mins of HIIT cardio with some gluta-tren

    Yesterday was "opening weekend" for colleges everywhere. That means all the frats throw HUGE parties.
    I started the night off at the Phi Kappa Theta house, and me and some friends got in with a group of some Zeta girls.

    Night was awesome and didnt get to outta hand.

    Somehow it ALWAYS ends up being squat day when I have some drinks the night before haha

    Im fine this morning like nothing happened last night.
    Started my meals off right.
    1 packet of oatmeal = 100 cals
    1 scoop syntha6 = 200 cals
    1 table spoon of PB = 100 cals
    total= 400 calories

    the peanut butter and Chocolate Syntha-6 taste soo good.

    I don't think that I ever have tried oatmeal, not counting cookies. I hope you didn't drink to much hangin' at the fratz, I'm not one to talk though. I didn't work out at all at your age, unless you count working my lungs out with various bongz, lol.

    haha i honestly hat oatmeal it taste like cardboard, But this mixture i made i swear its REALLY GOOD! try it.

    and haha i drank a fair amount but it was pretty controlled no driving of course.

    and about the bongz LMAO! Ive had tons of friends who are in that scene but luckily i never got into it. Ive seen all my friends slowly stop caring and slacking about school etc.

    yeah DB rows was one of my supp lifts till about 2 weeks ago.

    everytime no matter how strict my form was i would get a serious pain in my left side.

    Im terrified of hernias so thats why i picked up seated cable rows instead

    thanks for stopping in man. Yeah i love the curls at the end. Biceps are usually dead but I get what i can to pump up more hah

    No prob. I actually kinda wanna try an "all machines" workout program just for like 2 or 3 weeks. Except machines usually dont go heavy enough (legs)
