    Can someone estimate the calories in this chit?

    each one is 50g

    ingredients: white flour, sugar, salt, yeast, plant oil, butter

    got anything similar where u live that has a nutrition label?

    how many inches? If anything just track it based off of a subway itialian bun.

    I would guess like 240? That's what mine are. 50g of carbs would be ~200 cals and then you gotta bump it up a bit because there's some fat in it. If it tastes really good maybe higher XD Hard to be precise if you don't know how much fat it has.

    240 sounds like a bit much xD. It doesnt fill u up that much.

    its kinda like a regular hot dog bun except a bit smaller

    im sure its in the 100-200 range but i plan on eating about 3 tommorow so dont wanna go 300kcal over

    According to several googled food websites the smaller hot dog buns have between 190 and 220 calories. With the frank they are about 300 plus calories and with all the fixin's they approach 500 cal.
