I'm 5'8" 122 lbs and need to gain healthy weight. I eat clean (greek yogurt, fruit, milk, peanutbutter, and cereal), and taking protien with 26g from powder and mix it with a cup of 1% milk, but i only drink that after lift days. I generally eat around 1500-1800 calories per day. My workout looks like this:
Monday Chest/ Tricep
Tuesday Back/ Bicep
Wensday Shoulders and traps
Thurdays legs
Fridays Arms
Saturdays Light cardio
Sunday off
I stopped cardio to gain weight back is that a good idea? and any other thoughts on how to gain more muscle/ healthy weight?

You definitely need to eat more! Include protein from a variety of sources. You can eat a large volume of food to help you gain muscle....without gaining a bunch of fat. It all depends on what you are eating, portion sizes and what time of day you are eating it at. Of course, the volume and intensity of your training plays a factor as well. And don't be afraid of carbs...they are not the enemy!!!

You keep mentioning healthy weight. You're not going to add just pure muscle, it doesn't work like that at all. If you want to keep fat gains at a minimum (there is always some fat gains) keep your calories slightly above maintenance.
The food choices, portion sizes and specific times a person eats makes no difference in the end result. That's a bunch of bro science crap.
Focus on hitting your daily calories per your goal and you're good to go.National Level Competitor (Female BB)
