No it's NOT vegan gains, stop hovering.
Cliffs:
-You can easily get enough protein from eating a plant based diet , even without using protein powder.
-Animal proteins have extremely high concentrations of sulfur holding amino acids, Which have been scientifically proven to ACIDIFY the body (acidosis). Which causes your body to try and neutralize that acid to maintain certain PH levels. The problem is, that to neutralize this acid, the body takes calcium out from your muscles and bones. Which is bad because calcium is EXTREMELY important for muscle movement and contraction and general muscle function. No, drinking milk will NOT replace this calcium because it is not absorbed properly by our bodies.
-Animal proteins have been proven to slow down muscle development because of acidosis in elderly patients.
-Eating fish is TERRIBLE for you for many reasons. One of them being that the amino acid profiles in fish based protein is extremely sulfuric (more so than most Animal Proteins). Another reason being we have polluted the sea with a TON of toxic chemicals.
-Plant based proteins have a lot less sulfuric holding amino acids, and actually tend to be alkalizing which is much better for the body.
-Eating meat leads to high cholesterol levels in blood
This is btw ignoring the fact that slaughterhouses / factories treat animals like complete **** and torture them on a daily basis. This is more about pure facts than morality.
If you want to hear more of the morality side, then watch this video:

Yep. That's why every pro bodybuilder and pro powerlifter is vegan.
Oh wait. NO pro lifters are vegan you say?
I'll still listen to some idiot with his theories in YouTube instead. Thanks OP!480s / 370b / 495d / 235 x 2 SOHP

Oh, you mean the pro bodybuilders who follow a ton of bro-science (in terms of lifting) and superstition?
There are many world record holding power-lifters who are vegan or vegetarian btw.
You posted without even watching the video or reading the OP. If this is your only argument, then you have already failed.

Vegan dude with the hood has a terrible physique and Jon Venus has only been vegan for a few months so I fail to see how his physique is a representation of the vegan diet.
Overall, vegan diet fail. The only vegan bodybuilders who look decent are the ones who eat a chit ton of disgusting and expensive vegan protein powders and soy (groce).Mod neg survivor crew

the acidity thing is severely blown out of proportion... just some greens and other veggies more than cancel it out.. youd have to literally get no organic calcium, magnesium, etc for it to be an issue... i LOL when vegans think theyre superior because eating a diet that MOSTLY consists of meat is bad for you.. well no ****, sherlock.. plenty of people live a hell of a long time eating a reasonable amount though
A million miles away - I don't.. feel.... anything.

I don't need to watch the video. I was a vegetarian for 2.5 years, including my first year of lifting. It was terrible. The food selections that offered enough protein were extremely limited, and that was only a vegetarian diet. Remove milk and eggs and I either would have died or killed myself.
After returning to meat, my cholesterol and blood pressure actually both dropped significantly, because lean meats were a valid source of nutrition again.
Have more energy and feel better eating meat, hands down. Was vegetarian for those 30 months because I'm an animal lover who didn't like the idea of eating animals, but it actually hurt my health as a lifter so much, I had to give it up.480s / 370b / 495d / 235 x 2 SOHP
