So ive been searching google for an answer and nothing useful so once again turn to BB forum.
i was working out like usual and did my intense abs and obliques at the end of my workout. after about 5 minutes of going back to the change room i start feeling sick and get light headed, i rush to the toilet and vomit my MP assualt pre-workout + PVL essentials 100% creatine. ever since then i avoided my abs and obliques, i tried again today and the same thing happened. I dont know if its my intense workout, supplements, diet, or body. Any tips would be appreciated and also im not sure what to do after i calm down and get back to myself, do i retake the creatine atleast or wait til next day?

You puke for 2 reasons at the gym
1. Too much crap in your stomach...your blood gets diverted out of your gi tract and your body reacts by dumping your stomach contents
2. You have such a huge rush of epi/ norepi in your blood stream that you directly activate the chemotactic trigger zone in your brain and you puke.....think fighting with a guy who has a gun and escaping intense (legs for a lot of people)
So you either need to have less in your stomach or you had the craziest ab workout ever

ive been using assualt MP for over amonth now, got like 5-8scoops left. i take like 3/4 of the scoop cause a full one gets my stomach going bad. try taking half a scoop and working up to a full so your body can get use to the high and instant levels of caffeine. PM me if it continues or need more help
