So I was going to get a load of minced beef, but I noticed it was PACKED with saturated fat?
So is it okay to implement it into my diet or not?

You should really consider doing your own research before you take everything you read as legit info.
Saturated fats are not bad, and consuming fat doesn't make you gain body fat; excess calories do.
Saturated fats play a crucial role in hormone production, mood regulation and most importantly feeding your body with calories; not to mention the vitamins its packed with...
Like anything else, its all about moderation and avoiding hydrogenated fats and other trans fats; to make it simple think about it this way.
If its artificial its bad for you, if its natural its good; but in moderation.

"Marines I see as two breeds, Rottweilers or Dobermans, because Marines come in two varieties, big and mean, or skinny and mean. They're aggressive on the attack and tenacious on defense. They've got really short hair and they always go for the throat."
