Great job for 5 months dude. Stick with this! You kept your fat gains to a minimum.
Keep doing whatever you're doing, and you'll be joooocey in a years time for sure.
What'd you diet look like? Take me through a day where you'd hit your macros.*~Winter Bulk Crew~*

Average day would consist of:
Meal 1
- Fruit
- Whey protein
Meal 2 -
- 2 whole eggs
- 2 egg whites
- 2 slices of toast
- BBQ sauce
Meal 3
- 2 slices of bread
- Sliced lean turkey
- Sliced ham/chicken
- Spinach
- Tomato, mayonaise (optionals)
- Peanut butter 1Tbsp
Pre workout
- Fruit
- Whey protein
Post workout
- Whey protein
- Dextrose
Meal 6
- Steak or chicken ~ 200g
- Spinach
- Broccoli
- BBQ sauce
Meal 7
- Peanut butter
- wholegrain crackers
Meal 8 - Casein Protein
I wasn't always consistent, but tried to remain close to something like this. Most of the time I'd simply be eating as much as I could for each meal

Thanks for the great feedback guys!
I believe I could reduce my calorie intake a little and still do a successful bulk, but I haven't put on heaps of fat so far. I calculated it on a surplus of around 500 calories, being that my total expenditure worked out to be around 2700-2800. Although it would vary day to day and who knows how accurate that really is..
