    Need some weight gaining tips...Serious Mass from ON....is it a good weight gainer?

    Hi guys, my name is Maru and I'm recently trying to get back into lifting. I'm trying to gain some weight and hopefully cut later. I always had a hard time gaining even eating 6-7 meals a day filled with calories and carbs and protein.

    So I decided to try Serious Mass from ON. I read some good reviews from various sites. I'm taking about 1/4 the serving size 1/2 a scoop 2x a day to see how I handle it.

    Anyone have any experience with it?

    Visit the Nutrition Section, figure out your calorie/macro intake and eat in a caloric surplus and you will gain weight.

    No need for 'weight gainer' supps, just eat more food

    Thanks for the tips guys. I'll check out the nutrition section. I would say in my 20's is when I noticed I plateaued and really wasn't making any gains. My diet was bad in the sense I was eating barely 3 meals a day taking a post workout shake. Finally, I decided I needed to try and change something and it wasn't my lifting....I was going to work on my diet. I'm eating like crazy now trying to eat clean but it's hard when my appetite is always large now. I'm taking 1/2 a serving of Serious Mass per day which is about 600 calories plus 2 scoops of ON protein which is another 250 calories. I usually eat some eggs in the morning and a protein filled lunch and dinner. My weakness is Starbucks though.....I can't resist those frappes and iced coffees. But I hope to gain up to about 165-170ish then maybe cut to 155ish? I'm new to this gaining and cutting. Thanks guys.
