    Angry Having trouble losing the last 10-15 lbs

    Hey everyone, first post. So I got down from 225lbs to 185lbs and I'm 5'9". I only have a little flab by my belly button area and my love handles. In the right light I have a four pack, and some definition in my waste. Not sure of my body fat %.

    Work out:
    Mon, tues, thurs, fri 9am: treadmill incline at 6. Speed 9.5 for min, next min 4.0. Like that for 20 min. Next 25 min 7.5 for min then 4.0 next min. Then next 15 min no incline speed of 4. Total of 60 min (treadmill says 900cals lost).

    Wed am: 4.0 no incline for 60 min
    Sat/sun: not cardio

    Mon/thurs 10pm: bicep, back, shoulders
    Tues/fri 10pm: chest, tricep, abs
    Sat: legs
    Sun: off

    Egg whites and spinach for breakfast. Other meals would be vegetables and 4oz/5oz lean ground turkey meat or chicken breast. 5 meals a day plus whey protein shake after lifting. Fruits for snacks.I drink a gallon of water a day. I can't seem to lose weight. I've been doing this for 3 weeks. Any tips or am I impatient?

    meal quanity is irrelevant, do you know how many calorie you are consuming? pm me your height, weight, age and will calculate some calorie figures for you.

    If you are not dropping weight as much as you were before and you are exercising than it could also mean you are building muscle. Have you kept track of your measurements? Legs, arms, chest, etc?

    This is a big problem for most. Seems it is linked to caloric intake
