Hey everyone, first post. So I got down from 225lbs to 185lbs and I'm 5'9". I only have a little flab by my belly button area and my love handles. In the right light I have a four pack, and some definition in my waste. Not sure of my body fat %.
Mon, tues, thurs, fri 9am: treadmill incline at 6. Speed 9.5 for min, next min 4.0. Like that for 20 min. Next 25 min 7.5 for min then 4.0 next min. Then next 15 min no incline speed of 4. Total of 60 min (treadmill says 900cals lost).
Wed am: 4.0 no incline for 60 min
Sat/sun: not cardio
Mon/thurs 10pm: bicep, back, shoulders
Tues/fri 10pm: chest, tricep, abs
Egg whites and spinach for breakfast. Other meals would be vegetables and 4oz/5oz lean ground turkey meat or chicken breast. 5 meals a day plus whey protein shake after lifting. Fruits for snacks.I drink a gallon of water a day. I can't seem to lose weight. I've been doing this for 3 weeks. Any tips or am I impatient?
