    Hurt my leg playing basketball and need advice!!!!!

    Last week my knee was killing me so I took like a week of and played basketball again today and it was fine while playing but after it hurt like hell.next week I got Tryouts and wanna get it better what should I do.



    I took an Epsom salt bath didn't really do anything and should I put ice or heat on it??????????
    New to weightlifting and trying to improve

    I highly recommend going light on that knee. Basketball will really **** it up because of all the jumping and running. Trust me bro. I ****ed up my back playing team basketball last year and have never fully recovered. And don't let your coach pressure you into playing when your knees hurting like hell. Mine did and the result was not good. Health over sports anyday!

    if its your patella then stretch them quads. about of month of serious stretching fixed my knees

    Once again I the obvious answer is to see a specialist. It is nearly impossible to diagnose someone without seeing them. It most likely is just jumpers knee or osgood coming on.
