some may remember me. i stopped lifting when i was diagnosed with psoriatic arthritis and went on effexor. i finally got off effexor (cold turkey. it sucked!) and now have the desire to lift again. so here i am.
i am doing a hobbled version of starting strength because i am nervous about a joint flare up. i started with squat and bench at 95# and have done 5 reps of deadlift with just a plate.
i plan on going up 5 pounds every session for squat until i fail. i suspect i will be able to get to 200 before i fail, but we will see. my body is different now.
also i gained 50 pounds and i wasn't dainty to begin with. effexor was a real ******* and left me with a lot of clean up duty. LOL
anyways

squat - barx5, 65x5, 85x5, 100x5x3
bench - barx10, 65x5, 85x5, 100x5x3
in and out.
food
1910 calories with only 101 protein. i am sorting this.
